https://www.chosun.com/politics/election2022/2022/04/02/CFTROR2I4JASTDDU5LWNN7YI4Y/?utm_source=naver&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=naver-news 카테고리가 교육이었으면 좋았겠는데, 교육 카테고리가 없네유... 정치와 떨어질 수 없는 문제니 정치 카테고리를 빌립니다. 예상시험 문제는 여기서 보면 됩니당 http://www.peoplepowerparty.kr/renewal/eknowledge/mainEknowledgeDataView.do#a 강의는 유튜브에 공개되어 있습니다. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMfY8vo8xEU 교육쟁이 입장에서 커리큘럼 보는 느낌으로 보자면, 국민의힘이라는 당이 담지하는 가치를 잘 보여주는 자료 같아서 재밌네요. 몇몇 문제에서 뚜렷하게 드러나는 가치체계도 요소도 그렇고, 요런 시험방식의 스크리닝도 그렇고요. 실제 시험 결과/점수가 이준석 대표의 의지만큼 현장에서 강한 스크리닝 기준으로 활용될 수 있을지는 또 두고 봐야겠지만, 시험 결과 데이터가 무지막지하게 많지는 않을테니 결과 관리 과정만 잘 설계하면 당 상층부에서 직접 코드 짜서 등급 매기고 관리할 수도 있을 것 같고요. 각자의 정치적 관점에 따라서 1) 문제 내용, 2) 시험이라는 방식에 대한 입장이 갈릴거라 생각해요. 시험이라는 방식을 둘러싼 의견들만 떠올려보자면, 누군가는 역으로 정치인들을 평가하는 시스템을 더 만든다는 것에 효능감을 느낄 거고, 누구는 온라인 강의 - 표준화 된 시험이라는 방식이 교육효과가 없는 쇼에 불과할 뿐이라 보겠고, 누군가는 교육효과보다는 최소한의 자격을 검증한다는 아이디어에 주목하겠고, 누군가는 공직후보자를 선발하는 과정에는 이와는 다른 고민이 필요하다고 생각할 것 같아요. 하지만 공직후보자 역량 강화라는 측면에서 꽤 상징적인 시도라는 생각은 드네요. '(지방선거)공직후보자들의 역량을 강화할 시스템을 마련'해야 한다는 것에는 다수가 동의할 수 있지 않을까 싶습니다. 방식이야 입장이 갈리더라도요. 정치 영역에서 활동하는 사람들의 역량이 과거보다 부족하다는 인상이 종종 유통되더라고요. 정치적 자원의 가치(정치적 자원과 다른 자원들의 교환비)가 과거보다 줄어들면서 인력 유입이 안 된다는 흐름의 주장이었던 듯하고요. 이게 과거에 대한 미화와 채색에 불과한지, 검토 가능한 데이터로 뒷받침되는 주장인지는 모르겠습니다. 하지만 실제 역량이 줄었건 아니건 간에, 점점 더 사회문제가 다변화/복잡화 될테니 이를 의제로 담아내거나 갈등을 조율(때로는 재구성)할 인력을 마련하기 위한 고민들은 정당마다 더 커지지 않을까 싶읍니다.
