저는 프로눈팅러에요. 인터넷 커뮤니티를 짧지않게 했지만 질문글 이외에는 뭘 써본적이 거의 없고 댓글은 마음속으로 열심히 달죠. 그런 저에게 커뮤니티 사람을 오프라인에서 만난다는 건 생각지도 않은 일이었어요. 그런데 홍차넷은 참 희한한 곳이죠. 그랬던 제가 어느새 쪽지로 '저도 가고 싶어요' 라고 답장을 썼거든요. 물론 고민고민 하다가 만나기 전날이 돼서야 답을 보내긴 했지만요. 그리고 약속장소로 향하면서 정말 오만가지 생각이 지나갔어요. '아, 내가 왜 간다고 했지, 미쳤었나보다. 지금이라도 못 간다고 얘기할까?' 하다가 '뭐 별일이야 있겠어? 사람들이 다 똑같지, 뭐.' 이러다가 혼자 심호흡하고 난리도 아니었어요. 한 발, 한 발 약속장소로 가까워지고 있는데 눈시님 얼굴이 눈에 확 들어왔어요. 눈시님을 인증으로만 몇 번 뵈었지만 눈시님이 좀 귀여우시잖아요? 제가 그 얼굴을 잊지 않고 있었나봐요. 저도 그렇게 한 번에 알아볼 줄은 몰랐어요. 어쨌든 그렇게 넷이 만나게 되어서 먹었어요. 삼겹살도 먹고 치킨도 먹고 돼지국밥도 먹고, 진짜 많이 먹었네요 크크크. 다섯 시간동안 쉬지 않고 대화가 이어졌어요. 생각보다 별로 어색하지도 않았어요. 그 중 재밌있었던 건 역시 홍차넷에 관한 얘기였네요. 부산근처에 계시는 분들이 좀 더 많이 모일 수 있는 모임을 준비하고 계셨는데 참석자중에 생각보다 여자분이 많으시더라구요. 1대1을 넘어서서 어쩌면 여자분이 더 많이 오실수도? 크크크 홍차넷 초창기에 여긴 분명 남초였거든요. 아직도 그 남녀성비 그래프가 기억이 나는데 지금은 탐라만 봐도 여성유저들이 확실히 많아졌죠. 아마 홍차넷이 성별 구분없이 놀기 편한 곳이라 그런거겠죠. 저같은 집순이에 쫄보가 홀린듯이 모임에 나가게 된 건 여기는 괜찮을거야, 라는 근거없는 믿음 덕분이었어요. 그리고 진짜 괜찮았어요, 너무 좋았죠. 사실 첫만남이었고 홍차넷분들을 다 만나본 것도 아니지만 다행히도 시작이 좋아서 앞으로 새로운 사람을 만나는 걸 좀 긍정적으로 생각하게 되었어요. 언젠가부터 새로운 사람들을 만나는 걸 싫어했었거든요. 내가 좋아하는 사람들 만나기도 짧은 인생인데 더 이상 무슨 새로운 사람을 만나나 있는 사람이나 잘 만나자, 이런 마음이었죠. 음, 근데 새로운 사람을 만나는 것도 좋네요. 앞으로는 너무 편한 것만 찾지 말아야할까봐요. 맘을 좀 열어놓고 살아야겠어요. 그리고 하나 놀랐던 건 나단님이.. 어리고 발랄하신 분이었어요! 제가 생각하는 나단님은 퇴근 후에 조용히 차를 마시며 하루를 정리하시고 주말이면 카페의 볕드는 창가자리에서 차를 마시며 책장을 넘기는 말수가 별로 없고 진지한 성격을 가진 분이었어요. 편견이란게 정말 무섭죠. 차 사진 말고 다른 얘기도 많이 올리셨는데 저는 제가 보고 싶은 것만 보고 있었나봐요. 눈팅만큼은 많이 한다고 자부하고 있었는데 오 전혀 아니었어요. 와이님의 권유대로 의식의 흐름대로 글을 쓰다보니 결국 중구난방이 되었네요. 그래도 마무리는 지어야죠. 글재주도 없는 프로눈팅러인 제가 이렇게 꾸역꾸역 후기글을 쓰는 건 저같이 '나 눈팅밖에 안하는데?', '나 인터넷에서 사람 안 만나봤는데?'. '나 듣보인데 가도 되나?' 하시는 분들에게 조그만 용기를 더해드리고 싶어서에요. 한 번 가보니 뭐 어려운 거 아니더라구요. 생각보다 재밌고요. 그럼 늦었지만 안녕히 주무세요. 가고 싶은 마음이 굴뚝이었어요. 와이 님이 오신 김에 보는 것 같았는데, 전에도 나단 님이랑 눈시 님이 만나실 때 저도 함께 만났으면 좋겠다 하신 적도 있었고요. 7시에 서면에서 본다던데 지금이라도 연락하고 갈까 망설망설하다 끝내 가지 않았지만요. 전 사실 사람 만나는 걸 좋아해서 ㅋㅋㅋ... 저도 다~음에는 다른 분들 많이 뵐 수 있으면 좋겠네요.
