| Subject | 20대 중반부터 했었던 생활체육 경험담 |
 직업 및 학교특성상 취업을 칼같이하고 사회전선에 뛰어들었다보니 생각보다 운동관련 취미를 많이 했더라구요 E/I성향 반반이라고 생각하는데 느낀점과 경험들을 대충 공유하고자 합니다. 우선 시작할때 신체스펙은 키 179 몸무게 80이나 자세도 구부정하고 몸 거북유방 그자체 노베이스죠 야근에 헉헉대던 돼지 직장인 1이었습니다. 운동신경은 하위 10% 자신합니다. 모든 기준은 제 주관적인 기준입니다. 1. 런닝/헬스 입문난이도 최하, 초기비용 최하, 흥미 최하 그냥 제일 만만하고 비용도 안들어서 입문도 쉬우나 재미는 제 기준에서는 없습니다. 혼자만의 뿌듯함? 근데 갓직히 헬스는 파워리프팅쪽으로 가버리면 건강에 그닥 좋지도 않구요(어깨나 인대 나가기 딱좋습니다) 런닝도 제대로 안배우고 막뛰면 그닥 건강에 좋은지는 솔직히 모르겠습니다. 3대는 어거지로 400까지 뽑아봤고 런닝도 하프까진 해봤는데 전 그이상은 별로 흥미도 안느껴지고 제일 크리티컬 했던건 중량치다가 어깨한번 삐끗한뒤로는 그냥 맛난거먹고 살빼려고 지금까지 하고는 있습니다. 그냥 중강도 정도로 나이 80까지 해야겠다라고 맘먹고 하시는게 좋지 않을까 싶습니다. 저도 딱 그정도만 합니다. 2. 풋살 입문난이도 하, 초기비용 최하, 흥미 중하? 처음 간곳이 인구 2만 군따리 시골이라 그나마 있던게 풋살 동호회 였습니다. 조축도 있긴 했는데 조축은 제생각엔 생활체육 입문난이도 Top3 봅니다.(두번째는 당연히 사야고, 세번째는 농구동호회입니다.) 대한민국 남성이라면 공차는건 한번쯤은 해봤을거라 그냥 무턱대고 가서 해봤는데, 그래도 나름 떡대가 있어서 잘할줄 알았는데 왠걸 풋살은 떡대가 별로 의미가 없습니다. 헤딩을 안하거든요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 나름 풋살화도 사고 공좀 차봤는데 제생각엔 역량을 풋살에서 좀 키워서 조축으로 빠지는게 더 좋아보였습니다. 처음에 반짝 재밌지 사실 센스없으면 맨날 1대1 매치업 개털리는게 일상이라 그리고 크리티컬한 단점이 있는데, 이것도 결국 사람이 꽤 모여야 가능한 운동이라 맨날 내맘대로 할수가 없습니다. 항상 스케줄을 어느정도 맞춰놓고 모여야해서 직장인입장으로써는 결국 많아야 일주일 2회 출격이 맥시멈이더라구요. 3. MMA 입문난이도 하, 초기비용 중하, 흥미 중 군따리를 탈출하고 서울시민들이 봤을때는 똑같은 시골이지만 30만따리 도시로 왔습니다. UFC광팬이라서 생애 두번째 격투기를 배워봅니다.(첫번째는 중딩때 복싱인데 줄넘기만 뒤지게 뛰고 샌드백좀치다가 스파링도 못하고 고딩되면서 끝) 전 레슬링, 복싱 위주로 했는데 처음에는 진짜 뒤지게 재미없습니다. 재미는 스파링 딱 처음 시작할때 피크를 찍고 서서히 우하향했습니다. 이게 뭐랄까 결국 도장에서 스파링정도만 하면서 끝이라서 흥미의 한계점이 있다고 봐야하나? 그리고 현대 대한민국에서는 실전에서 쓸 일이 없으니(쓰면 최소 쌍방폭행) 계속 수련만 하다가 끝나더라구요. 솔직히 직장인이 진짜로 대회나가서 MMA 쌈박질 하는건 무리수같고. 1년 좀 넘게 배우다가 끝냈습니다. 4. 골프 입문난이도 극상, 초기비용 극상, 흥미 개인 천차만별 그리고 처음으로 사회생활용 스포츠를 배우기 시작해봅니다. 난이도 비용이야 입아프니 생략하고(궁금하신 분들은 티타임에 제가쓴글 엄청 많습니다.) 흥미는 확실히 동반자 캐리머신이 1명은 있어야 팍팍늡니다. 혼자 연습장 뒤지게 두들겨패봐야 결국 최소 스크린, 필드를 나갈 사람이 필요한데, 없으면 그냥 막대기로 공치기 그 이상 이하도 아니게 됩니다. 저는 직장특이 어느정도 직급이상은 다 골프를 치고 아버지도 거의 30년 골프를 쳐서 흥미가 팍팍팍 올랐는데 그냥 좀 치다가 때려치는 사람이 제가볼땐 60% 이상이더라구요. 확실히 캐리머신이 있고 없고 스포츠의 가닥이 다릅니다. 최대장점은 뭐 사회생활에 아주 좋다? 나이많은 아저씨들 상사들이랑 이만한 안줏거리가 없죠. 뭐 다니시는 직장의 결에따라 다르겠습니다만 저는 골프 치냐 마냐 유무가 직장 친밀도 천지차이였습니다. 5. 테니스 입문난이도 중, 초기비용 중상, 흥미 상 골프를 약 4년간 치고 이제 테니스로 넘어왔는데, 솔직히 입문난이도는 골프보다 낮은데 실력완성의 난이도는 제체감상 3배는 어려운것 같습니다. 이건 확실히 운동신경을 탑니다. 그런데 재미도 꽤있고 아직 저는 혼자 레슨만 배우는데도 너무 재미있어요. 주변보니 마음맞는 입문자와 같이 레슨을 받으시면 진짜 흥미도도 상한가 팍팍 찍는것 같더라구요. 강추합니다. 운동에 관련된 코멘트는 테정자(4개월밖에 안됨)라서 많이 못하겠습니다. 6. 동농(동호회까지는 가보지도 못함) 입문난이도 상, 초기비용 하, 흥미 상 직장동료 1이 농구에 미친사람인데, NBA로 말을 좀 꺼내니 농구 해보라고 꼬드겨서 해봅니다. 1대1로 코치도 받고 유튜브 보고 3달정도 스파르타 연습하고 출격했는데 개박살이 납니다. 운동신경이 바닥이라 볼핸들러는 택도없고 떡대가 그나마 좀 있으니 스크린 레이업 좀 하는수준인데 진짜 이건 유전자 & 재능빨 100% 운동입니다. 190 동네 앤서니 데이비스 강림하니 할수있는게 아무것도 없어집니다 ㅠㅠ 그리고 시골에 근무하니 사실상 주말에만 강가 옆에 동네 농구터 가서 캐리머신 동료1 꼽사리로 좀 해봤는데, 왜 빠져드는지는 알겠으나 내가 하고싶을때 맘대로 못하는 특성과 유전자빨을 너무타서 흥미가 팍 식더라구요. 그래도 재미는 진짜 인정합니다. 확실히 핸들링하고 슛을쏴야 재밌는데, 그러면 크흠..여기까지만 말하겠습니다. 결국 24살부터 많이 도전은 했는데 지금까지 하고있는건 헬스/런닝/골프/테니스네요. 동농은 이제 에이징커브를 생각했을땐 어려워보이고, 제생각엔 테니스만 죽어가 깎아도 나이 70까지는 윤택한 스포츠 취미생활 즐기며 살수 있을것 같습니다. 모두들 운동하시죠. 그리고 제일 중요한걸 깜빡했는데, 이성 만나시려면 생각보다 풋살/동농이 개꿀입니다. 제 주관개인적인 체감이라 그런지 몰라도 인싸친구들이 농구를 많이했습니다. 친해져서 소개받는게 개꿀입니다. 테니스는 시골이라 그런지 아저씨들만 가득했고 골프는 아주머니들이 딸한번 만나볼래가 많았고요 런닝 헬스는 경쟁률이 야생 그자체라 미쳐돌아가서 ㅋㅋ;; Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 135 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 148 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 163 6
