제가 지금 현재 지방에 있는 재단법인에서 근무하고 있는데요 음... 퇴사를 하려고 합니다 소속감도 들지도 않고~ 사람들과 관계도 좋지 않고~ 정직원되기는 힘들것 같고~ 하여간 저랑 안맞네요 ㅠ 그런데 제가 현재 석사학위외에는 그 흔한 자격증하나 없어서 3개월간? 구직활동과 스펙쌓기(최소한 자격증이라도...)를 하려고 합니다. 이번달이 딱 2년차 되는 시점이구요 나이는 32입니다 ㅠ 작년에 공채를 통해서 2년제 계약직으로 승급? 전환? 되었습니다. 그런데 발령장? 임명장을 보면 근무일자가 올해 5월 XX일로 되어있습니다. 그리고 내부평가에 의해 1년 연장되며, 다시 공채를 통해서 재 지원을 해야합니다. 그래서 제가 이번 5월달에 방계약도 종료되니 XX일까지 하고 퇴사하려고 하는데요 혹시 이런경우에는 실업급여를 받기가 힘들까요? 정리 1. 퇴사를 생각중 2. 계약기간은 19년 5월 까지임 하지만 1년 근무후 내부평가에 의해 1년 연장되는 식 3. 따라서 임명장에는 이번연도 5월 XX일 까지만 근무기간으로 명시되어있음. 4. 내부평가 안받고 퇴사할 경우 실업급여 수령가능 여부 이상입니다. 감사합니다!
