제가 상가를 분양 받으려 합니다. 분양사무소에서는 3년 계약 임차인인 확정되어 있다고 했는데 아마 2년 무상임대 조건으로 들어오는 것 같습니다. 이런 경우 혹시 나중에 제가 불이익을 받을 위험성은 없는지 궁금합니다. 2년 무상임대 후 임차인이 나간다거나 월세가 잘 들어오지 않는다거나 하는 일이 발생할 수도 있을까요? 무상임대 기간 동안 저에게 월세를 주는 주체는 누구이며 계약 만료기간 전에 임차인이 나간다면 주택 임대차의 경우처럼 다음 세입자를 구할 때까지는 월세를 받을 수 있는지요.
