의지라던가 습관의 개선으로 어느정도 가능한지 궁금합니다. 어렸을때부터 물건 어디다 놓는지 까먹고 산만하고 집중못하고 시간관리 형편없고 어딜가든 항상 늦고 그나마 머리는 좀 똑똑해서 학창시절은 무난히 지냈고.. 몇년전까진 ADHD가 있는줄도 모르고 지내다가 성인이 다되서야 친구가 ADHD 아니냐고 하더라구요 그래서 찾아보니 inattentive 타입인거 같습니다. 물론 자가진단은 좋지 않지만 당장 심하게 불편한건 없으니 검사는 안받고 약물 부작용에 대해 많이 들어서 의지로 극복해보자 한지가 몇년.. 근데 이젠 바뀌고 싶습니다. 게으른것도 바꾸고 싶고 동기부여가 없는것도 바꾸고 싶고 장시간 집중해서 공부도 하고싶고 빠릿빠릿해지고 싶고 시간도 칼같이 지키고 싶고 장기적 플랜을 짜는것도 잘 해보고 싶습니다. 시간이 갈수록 ADHD가 나아지는거 같지 않아서 작은 습관부터 바꾸려고 이제서야 노력해보려고 합니다. 할수 있을거 같은 목표에 못미쳐서 자기자신을 못믿는것도 이젠 지칩니다. 예전부터 불안증세는 남들보다 조금 심했고 최근엔 우울증까지 오는거 같습니다. 정신과가서 정식으로 진단 받는게 답일까요? 이야기만 봐서는 그냥 성격이그런거 같은데 ADHD는 병원에서 진단을 받고 치료를 해야 개선이 가능하지 성인 ADHD인지도 아닌지도 전문의 판단 없이 인터넷 글로만 듣고 판단하는건 아닌거 같습니다. 진심 그런거 같으면 병원부터 가세요. 인터넷 전문가 말 아무 의미 없습니다.
